Teen coaching is a branch of life coaching designed to encourage personal development in young people while providing an outlet for their stress and anxieties.

Teen coaching can help young people develop life skills and learn how to manage some of the stresses that come along the way because the teen years can be awkward, with problems, feelings, and expectations for the future that are seemingly too weighty to be managed.
